Our Team
We are two brothers with a lifetime of experience in the trades and a shared commitment to quality. Dean founded Lioncrest Construction with his sons and nephew after decades of hands-on work, formal training in Construction Engineering Technology, and certifications in AutoCAD and construction management.
Kelly spent over 16 years as a construction project manager, helping secure steady work for Lioncrest through long standing industry relationships. He and Dean have been working together since they were kids, taking on renovation jobs in the evenings and on weekends to support their families. Now back on the tools, Kelly brings the same thoughtful planning and dedication that has defined his work from the beginning.

Our Services
From residential renovations to commercial installations, our work covers everything from bathrooms, kitchens, and basements to full home transformations and custom interior upgrades. Whether it’s a small update or a large-scale project, we bring the same attention to detail and commitment to quality.
We specialize in tile work, including showers, floors, backsplashes, and wall features. Our flooring services include installation of vinyl plank (click and glue down), hardwood, and engineered hardwood. We also handle wall and ceiling finishes such as interior painting and texturing.
Additional services include hardwood refinishing to bring new life to worn or damaged floors, as well as handyman work for general repairs. We also offer exterior spruce-ups to boost curb appeal.
